About the Role
We are urgently seeking
two experienced Pre-Litigation File Handlers
to join our growing team. You will manage your own caseload ofindustrial disease (ID) and noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) claims
, handling files from instruction through to settlement.This is an
office-based position
, offering a supportive environment with excellent opportunities to develop your expertise in ID / NIHL claims.Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of pre-litigated ID / NIHL files independently Progress cases efficiently towards settlement Draft correspondence and negotiate settlements Liaise with clients, defendants, medical experts, and counsel Ensure compliance with the CPR, internal processes, and regulatory standards
About You
12+ months' experience
handling pre-litigation ID / NIHL claims.Strong working knowledge of the claims process and CPR.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment.
