The Premises Manager will ensure that the whole school environment is maintained to a safe, secure and ever-developing standard. They will be required to oversee and monitor all maintenance work carried out at the school and to liaise with contractors as necessary. They will ensure that there is adequate and effective security of the school and its property. They will keep all appropriate paperwork associated with all aspects of the premises.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
The successful candidate will manage the role of the Assistant Premises Manager and work closely with them to perform their duties. Whilst an ability to undertake elements of site maintenance and repair would be beneficial, the role will also entail sourcing contractors to complete other works required. Any relevant training will be provided. Experience in school site management is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop is required.
