Premises Manager at a Secondary School in Sutton

Full Time Hours:

36 hours per week including weekend working

(

+ overtime when required as TOIL) all year round -52 weeks per annum, excluding public holidays

Salary:

/SO1 scale point 16-25 (33,417 - 38,058) pay award pending

RENTAL BUNGALOW:

A tied property owned by the school is available to rent with this position at below market value and based adjacent to the school premises.

CORE PURPOSE:

To maintain and develop school facilities and premises to meet the statutory, educational and operational requirements of the school.

Specific Responsibilities:

SAFEGUARDING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT HEALTH AND SAFETY SCHOOL SECURITY STRATEGIC PLANNING CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ASSET MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT ENERGY MANAGEMENT LETTINGS MANAGEMENT OF CONTRACTORS DEVELOPING SELF AND WORKING WITH OTHERS
