With our contemporary Japanese concept, launching in September, alongside our well-established French restaurant, serving exquisitely crafted traditional dishes. The vibrant Alligator Bar delights guests with creative cocktails, fusion bar snacks, live music and exciting DJ sets.

The Role:



We are looking for a

Prep Chef at CDP level

, who is experienced in overseeing the preparation section of the kitchen, ensuring that all mise en place is completed to the highest standard and ready for a smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute all prep duties efficiently and consistently Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness Ensure accurate portioning, labelling, and storage of ingredients Assist in stock rotation and inventory management Support and guide junior team members Communicate effectively with other kitchen stations and senior chefs

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably at CDP level working in

Japanese and French cuisine

Strong prep skills and understanding of kitchen operations High attention to detail and consistency Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum) Positive attitude, team player, and able to work under pressure
