The role of an early year's practitioner
Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
Build a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued.
Monitor and encourage each child's development and well-being.
Build strong, meaningful connections with children, parents, and teammates.
Keep safety and hygiene standards high.
