Job Description

We are seeking fun and outgoing individual to join the team.

Childcare experience required, minimum level 3 qualification within childcare



This will involve -

Demonstarte good communication with children and peers

Follow EYFS, understand the areas and have experience with this

Observe children

follow the preschool routine

assist with activities

Complete observations and log childrens development in learning journeys

Assist with cleaning routines

Able to use own initiative but also work as a team member and follow instructions

Sometimes setting up for the lunch period when required

assisting children with opening their lunch

supervising children whilst eating

demonstrating good manners

assist with cleaning up after lunch

supervise and assist children with personal care

You will need to have good knowledge and understanding of-

food hygiene

safeguarding

first aid ( and to understand allergies)

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS.

DBS will be required.

Working hours - Term time only

3/4 days per week - between 8.45-4.15, hours tbc

Minimum wage.

Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Childcare: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
