Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Preschool Key Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and well-being of young children within a nursery setting, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about childcare and early years education to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in accordance with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff. Support children's emotional, social, and behavioural development through positive guidance and interaction. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily nursery routines. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
The hours will be as follows:

Tuesday 9am to 3pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 12pm

Level 3 qualified

Patient and passionate about working with children and willing to put your all into encouraging them.

Have experience of working with children.

Imaginative, fun and inspirational when it comes to educational activities.

Great at working within a team and able to use their initiative.

Great communicator and have strong organisational skills.
