Robin's Childcare & Forest School is seeking a passionate and experienced

Preschool Leader

to join our vibrant team. We follow the

Curiosity Approach

, inspiring children to explore, discover, and learn through play and hands-on experiences both indoors and in our beautiful outdoor setting.

The Role:

As Preschool Leader, you will:

Lead and manage a team of dedicated early years practitioners Plan and deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum in line with the Curiosity Approach Support children's learning and development through exploration, creativity, and curiosity Ensure the safety, well-being, and engagement of all children Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above) Has proven leadership experience in a preschool or early years setting Shares our passion for the Curiosity Approach and outdoor learning Is highly motivated, creative, and nurturing Has excellent communication and organisational skills
