We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing environment. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring that all children feel respected and valued. Provide individual attention to children as needed, supporting their emotional and educational needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the nursery setting. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, preparing reports as required.

Qualifications

A degree or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised classroom environment. A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education, with a commitment to fostering children's development through play-based learning.
