Summary
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team at TCG. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for children in our Pre-school classroom, contributing to their growth and development through engaging provocations using a combined Montessori, Reggio Emillia and Forest school ethos.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Encourage outdoor play and exploration as part of the learning experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
Support children's emotional well-being through positive interactions and guidance.
Work alongside the Montessori teacher to implement the Montessori curriculum.
Liaise with other settings and professionals support School transitions.
Requirements
A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (level 3 or above).
Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues and other professionals.
Excellent time management skills to balance various responsibilities throughout the day.
