Preschool Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our much-loved setting.

About the Role

As Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the preschool. You will work closely with our supportive parent/carer committee to provide the best possible early years experience for children aged 2-5. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a community-led environment and values the close partnership between families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners. Ensure the preschool continues to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Oversee day-to-day operations, including safeguarding, curriculum planning, and staff development. Work collaboratively with the committee to manage finances, fundraising, and community engagement Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Experienced in a leadership or management role within an early years setting. Knowledgeable in the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills. Passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a caring, inclusive environment.
