Preschool Manager

to join our welcoming, child-centred setting and drive excellence in care, learning, and leadership.

About the Role

As our Preschool Manager, you will:

Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery Ensure the highest standards of care and early education for children aged 0-5 Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver an engaging, nurturing environment Maintain compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory requirements Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies Oversee curriculum planning, assessments, and the overall learning experience Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and administrative tasks effectively

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a

Level 3-6 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Has previous leadership/management experience within an early years setting Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Is enthusiastic, organised, and confident in leading a diverse team Is committed to offering high-quality early years education and care Has strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Pay: 12.21-24.36 per hour
