Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Manager to lead our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their developmental growth through engaging activities and personalised care. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Curriculum Planning

Oversee the delivery of long-term and sessional curriculum plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Staff Management & Development

Lead and inspire the preschool team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture. Assign key person responsibilities and manage staff schedules. Organise and deliver staff updates and professional development opportunities.
Safeguarding & Compliance

Implement and uphold safeguarding procedures to protect children. Ensure legal and statutory compliance with EYFS and other relevant regulations. Maintain and update policies, submitting annual reviews for approval.
Child Welfare & Engagement

Oversee personal care routines including toileting and hygiene, ensuring dignity and safety. Promote inclusive practices and support children with additional needs. Foster strong relationships with children and their families.
Administration & Communication

Manage fees, budgets, resources, and preschool facilities efficiently. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Communicate effectively with parents, external agencies, and governing bodies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and learning outcomes. Ensure progression for all children through embedded assessment systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
