Royal Naval Pre-school Learning Organisation trading as Jack and Jills Childcare is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Jack and Jills Childcare are looking to recruit a proactive hands-on manager with a strong knowledge of Ofsted guidelines and a love of early years with enthusiasm to work in a fun nurturing childcare environment.
Hours 32 hours a week.
Minimum level 3 childcare qualification (Level 4 & 5 desirable)
Must have 2 years management experience in a under 5's childcare setting, this position requires the manager to be included in ratios.
Experience to include -
Safeguarding minimum Level 3
Special Educational Needs
Early Years Grant funding application
Lead on performance management including staff supervision and appraisal
Ofsted inspection and legislation
Online childcare management platform (Tapestry)
Managing the childcare settings occupancy and staff ratios
Key worker to a group of children
Start date asap.
