Nursery Practitioner - All Year or Term Time Options



"Term-Time Role"



Hours:

36.5 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:15am - 4:15pm

Weeks:

Term time only (38 weeks)

Contract:

Permanent

Salary:

Up to 13.50 per hour /

20,885 per annum



"All-Year Role"



Hours:

40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)

Shifts:

Between 7:30am - 6:30pm

Salary:

Up to 13.50 per hour /

28,000 per annum

Nursery Practitioner

to join our expanding nursery in Buckinghamshire (HP9).
Based in our Preschool room, this role is perfect for a practitioner with early years' experience looking to make a difference in children's learning and development.

For the all year role, there is also the option to take on a Room Leader role if you wish to progress further

. Our nursery values career growth and supports staff in achieving their goals through development plans, training, and internal progression.

Responsibilities



Promote positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Plan and deliver innovative activities to support learning and development Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times Work collaboratively with the team in line with EYFS principles

About You



Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare

1+ years' previous nursery or early years experience Strong leadership skills and team management experience Passionate about early childhood education Excellent communication skills with parents, staff, and wider community Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standards Eligible to work in the UK
