Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This role is vital in shaping the educational experiences of young children and contributing to our mission of fostering their development.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

Develop and implement engaging learning activities tailored to children's individual needs. Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Work as part of a team to create a positive nursery culture. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policies.

Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Experience working with young children in a nursery setting or school.

Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
