The Role:

You will work closely with our team to create a caring, engaging, and enriching environment for our 2, 3 and 4 year-old children. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children's learning and development through purposeful play, exploration, and adult-led activities. Encouraging social skills, independence, and confidence in young learners. Helping to establish clear routines that create a calm and supportive environment. Planning and delivering activities that promote the EYFS curriculum, in collaboration with the EYFS lead. Observing, recording, and contributing to the assessment of children's progress. Supporting children with additional needs where required. Assisting with personal care and ensuring children's well-being at all times.

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ childcare qualified

English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent

This is a temporary, full time role, 8.15am - 4pm, term time only until 31st August 2026,

however, there is the possibility of the position becoming permanent.

This includes all days children are in school plus five INSET days. There is also a possibility of additional hours with breakfast club from 7.45.



The salary is Scale C (24,405 - 25,430) pro-rata to

20,875 - 21,752.
