Rydal Penrhos School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre School Practitioner to join our vibrant Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, high-quality educational environment that values the development of every child.
We are looking to develop a bank of staff who are able to work flexibly to support our growing provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children in our Pre School setting.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the New Curriculum for Wales.
Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Work closely with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on children's development.
Assist in maintaining records of children's progress and support individual learning goals.
Qualifications & Experience-
Experience in working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
An Early Years and Childcare qualification
A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
