Job Overview
We are seeking qualified level 2 or 3 pre-school practitioners to join our new team at Small Steps Pre-school. We are a pre-school on the site of North Kidlington Primary School in Kidlington. The pre-school will be for children aged 2-4 years old, with both term time and all year round places. It is open from 8am -6pm.

We would be looking for someone to join our team on a term-time only contract working hours from 8:30am - 4:30pm everyday or Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure individual needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom conducive to learning

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in childcare or nursery settings with either a level 2 or 3 qualification.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with young children aged 2-4 years old
- Proficiency in English language
