We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of preschool children
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that encourages learning and exploration
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times
Develop personalised learning plans in collaboration with parents and colleagues
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behaviour
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities
Organise preschool resources and materials to support curriculum delivery
Lead by example in demonstrating management and leadership skills within the preschool setting
Support children's social skills development through positive guidance and interaction
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children, preferably within nursery or early childhood education settings
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, early childhood development, and nursery practices
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Demonstrated management and leadership abilities in an educational environment
Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care or equivalent are desirable
Ability to organise tasks efficiently, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
