The successful applicant will work closely with our GPs, Physician Associates, Paramedic Practitioners, ACPs, Nurses and Reception Team as well as Community Pharmacists.
The position will be part time hours, but a flexible working pattern will be required to cover and will be able to work a Friday afternoon until 6pm.

Expedite urgent prescription requests to ensure a safe and responsive service for our patients.
Working closely with the pharmacy team to assist with prescription queries, supply issues, medication alerts.

Reconcile patient medications against hospital discharge summaries.
Prepare prescription requests sure safe prescribing of medicines, always ensuring a high level of accuracy.
