Presentation Specialist
Salary: 40,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London E14 5HP
Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 8-hour shifts worked Monday-Friday. Core working hours are between 08.00 and 18.00.Work outside these core hours may be required.
Break details: 30-minute lunch, unpaid
Work model: Hybrid; at least 2 days worked in office, 3 days worked from home. This is subject to change, please only apply if you are prepared to work fully onsite.

Purpose of this Role:
As a Presentation Specialist, you will be working as part of the Presentations Team and in close collaboration with Creative Services on the Barclays account based in Canary Wharf, London. Our Presentations team produce high level creative interactive multimedia presentations as well as standardised Brand collateral.
This role requires a strong individual to work closely with clients and the global WLT team to ensure the production of high-quality designs with a final output as PowerPoint. You will be responsible for professionally representing the department and supporting the design and presentations team deliver exceptional work. You will provide support of concept development, collaborate with design colleagues, presentations operators, workflow, and stakeholders to identify and assess briefs to provide design solutions as part of the creative process.
You must have an understanding and passion for taking content and representing this content in an impactful and engaging way. The key to the role is the delivery of innovative and creative content execution across media with a consistent look and feel. You must have a "can-do" attitude, be willing to put forward ideas and have a keen eye for detail, making sure that all work sent out is to the highest quality creative standard and within brand guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesBe pro-active and give the client an outstanding finished product with respect to creative multi-media presentations and working in compliance with brand guidelines Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts whilst working with the Global Creative Director Quality checking and accuracy Bring forward-thinking ideas to the team, maintain awareness of 'state of the art' techniques, best practices, and developments within the design community Creation of engaging infographics Experience working with design principles of animation and moving image Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget To support the business to manage and deliver Client work right first time on time To always liaise with the client in a professional and helpful manner, proactively managing their expectations Using design experience and knowledge to provide, technical and creative guidance and support to customers To build a professional rapport with clients and always deliver excellent customer service, considering
key client's needs
Support the workflow team to estimate accurately Taking a pro-active approach to project and time management Ensuring adherence to all departmental, company and client policies and procedures Admin - ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools

Knowledge and Skills
We require an extremely organised and dedicated individual with strong communications skills, and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Print, digital/moving image design along with advanced skills working within Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential core skills required:An excellent knowledge and experience of creating great layouts and design of infographics Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues The ability to balance work on several projects at a time Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Calm and mature personality with the ability to work both on own initiative and in a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise an often-conflicting workload Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Advanced skills in PowerPoint Good working knowledge of MS Office apps such as Word and Excel Skill in animation/motion graphics would be an added advantage
