Job Title: Press Brake Operator (Afternoon Shift)
Salary: 30.420 - 31,434per annum (includes shift allowance)
Location: Leicester
Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Initial training period on day shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Peopletech Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a high-quality manufacturing business that operates a range of press brakes from 10 to 400 tonnes. Due to growth, they're now seeking an experienced programmer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate press brake machines for efficient and accurate production. Work with a range of presses from
10 to 400 tonnes
. Press parts to create accurate bend sequences and tooling. Carry out quality checks to ensure components meet specifications. Assist with machine maintenance and uphold safe working practices. Support direct reportsRequirements:
Proven experience in
press brake operating
,. Ability to read and interpret3D CAD drawings
would be an advantage but not essential. Experience with a range of press brake equipment and tooling. Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, and bend allowances. Willingness to work the 2pm-10pm shift following an initial training period on days.What's On Offer:
