Metal Roofing & Cladding are a sheet metal fabrication and roll form manufacturer based in Kidderminster.
We are looking for an assistant operator to work as part of a two man bending team, on Amada Brake Presses.
This a physical role requiring good communication skills.
Previous experience would be ideal.
All training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Using a guillotine to cut blank sheets to required dimensions
- Using a CNC fibre laser to cut more intricate parts from a flat sheet
- Maintaining a tidy workspace
- Assisting in the bending of parts on the Amada break press
- Checking parts to drawings
- Sorting parts for packing and dispatch
