Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating and assembling sheet metal components with precision and high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and operate a 160 Tonne Bystronic press brake in accordance with production guidelines. Accurately bend and shape sheet metal based on technical drawings and specifications. Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards and address any discrepancies. Set up tooling, make necessary adjustments to the machine, and perform routine maintenance tasks. Grind and finish components as required. Palletize finished products and maintain accurate production documentation. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals in a safe and organized environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience operating press brakes or similar machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and measurement precision. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and various metal types. Proficiency with hand tools and tooling setup. Forklift certification is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting. Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards.
