Job brief:

Sheard Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Estimator & Commercial Coordinator to support pricing, quoting, tender preparation processes, as well as drive margin enhancement and business analysis. This role will also involve creating commercial reports and data visualisations to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Quote Management: Oversee accurate and competitive quoting for customers. Pricing Strategy: Support pricing optimisation to maximise margins. Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tenders aligned with business objectives. Commercial Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify opportunities and support decision-making. Margin Enhancement: Identify and recommend actions to improve margins. Value Engineering Support: Provide commercial insights for cost-saving projects. Reporting & Data Visualisation: Proficient in creating reports and visualising data, to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation. Proficient in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools, or willing to learn and develop. Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. Understanding of pricing strategy and commercial analysis. Ability to identify margin enhancement opportunities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, adaptable, and results driven. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
