We are now looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our school community.
About the Role
This is a vital role at the heart of our school, providing administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents. Based in the school reception, you will ensure our front office runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors, parents, and pupils with a warm and professional manner
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Supporting attendance and pupil record systems
  • Assisting with school communications, newsletters, and notices
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
? Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with children and families
? Organised and able to multitask in a busy school office
? Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office and/or SIMS experience desirable)
? A great communicator, both in person and in writing
? Committed to the values and ethos of our school
Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
