TABA Primary Care Network (PCN) is looking to recruit a permanent PCN Administrator to work part-time alongside our PCN Managers to provide additional support. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is capable of working independently and is flexible in responding to the developing nature of the role. The candidate must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills and some knowledge of accounts/Xero systems.
Main duties of the job
The role of the PCN administrator is to support with the delivery of contractual requirements of the Primary Care Network Directed Enhanced Service, additional roles reimbursement scheme recruitment, finance analysis and Impact and investment fund target monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Directors and PCN Managers by providing efficient secretarial and administrative support. Most of this will be using Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and Xero accounting software.
About us
We are 11 practices covering the areas of Tyldesley, Atherton, Boothstown and Astley within Greater Manchester serving over 57,500 patients. We meet together monthly as a PCN Management Team, member practice leads and practice managers to discuss our required developments and plans. Our aim is to provide practices with additional staff that can support practices and provide better care for our patients.
Over the last few years, the number of additional roles has expanded significantly and we are planning to grow our current PCN team even further.
We are a group of excellent, well-run and committed practices and hope that these additions will build on our brilliant practice teams.
Health First CIC are the host employer. The successful applicant will be employed by Health First CIC but will work for TABA Primary Care Network. A primary care network (PCN) consists of groups of general practices working together with a range of local providers, including primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.
