Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide small group tutoring sessions to students in English and maths.
- Assess students' academic needs and develop individualized lesson plans
- Educate and assist students in understanding and completing assignments
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' learning goals

Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with special education principles and practices is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
