About the Role

As a Primary Teacher through Aspira, you'll:

Teach a class of pupils in

EYFS, KS1 or KS2

, depending on your preference and experience Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that promote curiosity and confidence Maintain a calm, consistent classroom with strong routines and clear boundaries Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and subject leaders to support diverse learners Be part of a school where your input, wellbeing, and development matter
Roles available include short-term supply, long-term placements, and temp-to-perm opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong behaviour management and the ability to create a nurturing learning environment Experience in UK primary settings (placements accepted for ECTs) Confidence in delivering the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 A genuine passion for education, inclusion, and child development
