We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves educating young learners, implementing effective behaviour management strategies, and communicating with parents and staff to support student development.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards. Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of core concepts. Implement behaviour management techniques to maintain a respectful and productive classroom environment. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed. Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that accommodates diverse learning styles and needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices. Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential. Previous experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment.
