We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Teacher to join our educational team. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid foundation in early childhood education principles, and effective behaviour management techniques to support diverse learners.
Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
Educate students in various subjects, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative educational environment.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Manage classroom behaviour by implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and enhance teaching skills.
Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources, strategies, and insights for continuous improvement in teaching methods.
Requirements
A recognised teaching qualification relevant to school education.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
Experience or knowledge in early childhood education is advantageous.
Proven ability in behaviour management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom that accommodates diverse learning needs.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire students to achieve their full potential.
QTS or PGCE teaching certificate
Have an Enhanced DBS on the Updated Service
