Salary:

About the role

About the school

We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions, and specialist SEND settings. Whether you're passionate about early years, KS2, or supporting pupils with additional needs, we'll match you with schools that align with your skills and values. As a Heart of Supply educator, you'll be part of a growing team that's making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments. What you will need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional growth The ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect The confidence to deliver engaging, purposeful lessons that support all learners A proactive, flexible approach with strong communication and classroom management skills Experience teaching either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 At least 6 weeks of referenceable UK classroom experience (placements count for ECTs)
