who are looking for enthusiastic and reliable

Primary Teaching Assistants

to join their teams.

About the Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them reach their full potential. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons. Encourage positive behaviour and inspire children to stay motivated in their learning. Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN), where required. Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

What We're Looking For

A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children. Strong communication skills to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and parents. Experience working with children (desirable but not essential). A Level 3 qualification, degree, or relevant school-based experience. An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
