In the heart of Hertford, Hertfordshire a 'Good' SEND School are on the hunt a Primary Teaching Assistant to join them from September 2025. This is a permanent, and full-time contract (Employed directly by the school)

The work can be demanding at times but there is a high staff to pupil ratio.

Primary Teaching Assistant Working with small class sizes on a 1:1 and small groups Inspiring and motivating the younger generation September 2025 Start 22,500- 24,500 (Actual Salary - 39 Weeks a Year (Dependent on experience) Permanent Contract (Employed Directly by the school) Located in Hertford, Hertfordshire

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Have recent experience working in Key Stage 1or Keystage 2 Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEN strategies and approaches Be caring, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children Be reliable, adaptable, and a proactive team player Ideally hold a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (not essential with the right experience)
