Support safeguarding and promote the wellbeing of all pupils

Calm, consistent and nurturing in your approach
A strong communicator who builds trust with pupils and staff
Proactive and ready to adapt when things change
Passionate about helping children learn in ways that work for them
Committed to safeguarding and supporting every child's unique journey
