, where your expertise will help shape the future of defence programmes.

Your missions:




As a Principal Estimator, you'll play a

critical role

in managing the cost and financial aspects of high-value defence programmes -- from bid to completion:


Develop and implement effective estimating processes and techniques

Ensure forecasts for bids and contracts are

robust, accurate, and integrated



Collaborate with Risk, Cost Control, and Scheduling teams for cohesive project delivery

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:




? Establish and maintain best-practice estimating systems across the portfolio

? Standardise approaches across projects and align with Project Controls

? Develop Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts

? Support bid proposals and contract change estimates

? Contribute to Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) development

? Coordinate closely with other discipline leads for integrated estimating

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills to be successful:




?? Proven experience as an

Estimator

in complex project environments

?? Solid understanding of

Project Controls

principles and disciplines

?? Experience working on bids, proposals, or large-scale programmes

Additional Information



Permanent Staff or Umbrella Contract position


Hybrid, 2 days per week at Client site in Bristol

All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
