As a Principal/Senior Full Stack Developer, you will serve as a technical leader and architect, driving the design and development of enterprise-scale cloud native solutions while establishing technical excellence across the organisation.
You will define architectural patterns, set technical standards, and lead the adoption of best practices in agile software delivery. Your role encompasses hands-on development, technical mentorship, strategic planning, and serving as the primary technical authority for D365 CE, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions.
You will influence technical decision-making across multiple teams and shape the long-term technology roadmap of the organisation.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Define and maintain enterprise-wide technical architecture standards and guidelines
Lead architectural reviews and provide technical governance for major initiatives
Design scalable, resilient, and secure solution architectures that align with business strategy
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms for adoption
Create and maintain technical roadmaps that support business objectives
Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and architectural approaches
Serve as the technical authority for complex problem-solving and critical production issues
Architect and develop complex, distributed systems that meet enterprise scalability requirements
Lead by example through hands-on development of critical components and frameworks
Design reusable libraries, frameworks, and accelerators that improve team productivity
Establish patterns for microservices architecture, API design, and system integration
Drive implementation of security best practices and compliance requirements
Review and approve technical designs for major features and system changes
Create technical documentation, architecture decision records (ADRs), and reference implementations
Optimise system performance, scalability, and reliability across the technology stack
Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations with D365 CE, Power Platform, and SharePoint
Mentor and coach developers across multiple teams, fostering technical excellence
Lead technical training initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions
Conduct advanced code reviews focusing on architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Build technical capabilities within teams through pair programming and technical workshops
Identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members
Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation
Lead technical interviews and contribute to hiring decisions for technical roles
Define and implement DevOps strategy and CI/CD best practices across the organization
Architect monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies for complex distributed systems
Lead incident response for critical production issues and post-mortem analysis
Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) patterns and practices
Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment reliability and reduce operational overhead
Define disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to technology budget decisions
Lead technical due diligence for vendor selection and technology partnerships
Drive innovation through research and experimentation with emerging technologies (Ai)
Represent the technology team in executive briefings and stakeholder presentations
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure technical excellence and team performance
Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and departments
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
Extensive software development experience with at least 3 years in a principal or lead architect role
Expert-level proficiency in full stack development (C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS)
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native architectures
Extensive experience with D365 CE, Power Platform, and SharePoint development
Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and API design
Proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
