Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guillotine Operator and cylinder operator to join our team. you will be responsible for operating guillotine cutting machines to produce high-quality cuts of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of the manufacturing process.

Duties

Operate guillotine cutting machines to cut various materials according to specifications. Ensure accurate measurements and quality control throughout the cutting process. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubricating equipment. Assemble and fabricate components as required for production needs. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely. Capability to lift heavy materials (up to 40 kg) consistently throughout the shift. A proactive approach to work with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
