: Print Store Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic print store team at https://picturethestars.co.uk/ This role involves handling bespoke customer orders, each requiring unique preparation, packaging, and presentation.

The role is classes as temporary with a chance of permenant - We can guarantee work up until the end of this year. Seasonal temporary. Immediate starts.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing:

Manage and track customer orders, ensuring each is prepared to exact specifications.

Packaging Customization:

Package prints according to customer requirements, such as framing, rolling for transport, or adding gift ribbons and personalized touches.

Inventory Management:

Maintain stock levels of packaging materials, frames, and accessories.

Quality Control:

Inspect prints and packaging to ensure all orders meet high-quality standards before delivery.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers to clarify special requests or provide advice on packaging options.

Multitasking:

Work on multiple orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle diverse tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Creativity in presenting and packaging orders. Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to bespoke requests. Prior experience in retail, print, or packaging is a plus but not required.
