As a Private Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences tailored to the preferences and dietary needs of our clients. Responsibilities

Prepare Chef Consultant diverse menus that cater to various dietary restrictions and preferences. Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, presentation, and service. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain inventory control by managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Execute catering events with attention to detail and high standards of service. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure excellence. Implement effective shift management practices to optimize kitchen workflow.

Experience

Proven experience in the culinary field with a focus on fine dining or high-end catering environments. Strong background in food service management, including menu planning and kitchen management. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively. Familiarity with inventory management processes and food handling regulations. Previous roles in banquet service or restaurant management are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in cooking techniques, food preparation, and hospitality services. Knowledge of dietary department practices is a plus, along with bartending experience.
