Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners in private client work
Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence, including wills, trusts, and probate documentation
Schedule appointments, manage diaries, and organise client meetings
Handle client communications with professionalism, sensitivity, and discretion
Maintain and update client files using case management systems
Assist with estate administration tasks and liaise with third parties as required
Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
What's on Offer
Competitive salary: 25,000 - 30,000
Full-time, permanent role
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Candidate Profile
Experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client work
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage a busy workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
