Private Client Solicitor - 4 Year PQE+

Bath (hybrid)

We're working with a standout firm in Bath who are looking for a private client solicitor to join their private client team to work on a complex private client work of an international and cross border nature. This is a rare opportunity to work exclusively on international private client matters to include charities, international estate planning, trusts and succession.

This close-knit team work on a range of private client matters that include international and cross border elements. The team advise private clients, charities and other professionals on a range of trusts and estates matters. As the successful private client solicitor in this team, you will handle your own caseload and work closely with the team on technically complex, private international law matters.

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in private client to include trusts and estates. You'll have had some experience in working on complex matters to include HNW and charities. Prior experience in international work would be a bonus, but not essential as extensive training and support will be provided. STEP qualification is desirable.
