in the recruitment of a Solicitor to join their busy and highly reputable Private Client Team in their Kirkcaldy office.

Working within a welcoming and supportive team, the successful candidate will manage their own client facing caseload, which will offer a broad range of quality and interesting Private Client work.

Typical responsibilities:



Managing a full caseload of private client matters

Conducting client meetings and updating clients appropriately

Executry administration

Drafting Wills & Powers of Attorney

Maximising business development opportunities

Your background:



Around 2/3 years PQE in a similar private client role within a professional firm (consideration will certainly be given to individuals with more senior or junior levels of experience)

Excellent communication skills

Strong grasp of written and spoken English

Strong relationship building skills
