Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Client Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.

Responsibilities



Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Negotiate terms on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their interests are prioritised. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting private client work. Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive service to clients. Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service.

Experience



Qualified solicitor with relevant experience in private client law. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly. Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
