About the Role

In this role, you'll handle a broad range of Private Client matters including:

Wills and trusts Lasting powers of attorney Probate and contentious probate Inheritance tax Estate planning
You'll manage your caseload with minimal supervision and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct private client work independently, managing matters from start to finish Maintain accurate and compliant files (both physical and electronic) Ensure strong financial management of your caseload through effective billing Identify and develop new business opportunities Comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules, SRA Code of Conduct, and Money Laundering Regulations Supervise and support junior colleagues as required Achieve personal training and development goals

About You

The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-8 years' PQE in Private Client Law Have a STEP qualification or be working towards one Be commercially aware and proactive in business development Possess excellent technical skills and attention to detail Demonstrate strong interpersonal and client-handling skills Ideally have a network of contacts in the Liverpool area
