Salary 70,000 Monday To Friday, Permanent

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manage your own caseload or support ongoing client matters, ensuring that all work meets procedural and professional standards. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure prompt and accurate progression of all matters. Assist with the preparation, review, and management of documentation and case files as required. Contribute to the team's achievement of performance goals and uphold the values and reputation of the firm. Engage in ongoing learning and professional development, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team.

Key Areas:

Fee Earning Work

- Drafting and Advising on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trust Registration Scheme.

Estate Administration

- Managing the administration of estates from initial instruction to finalisation, including application for Grant of Probate and other related estate matters.

Inheritance Tax

- Advising on tax implications and estate planning.

Client relations

- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.

Skills and Experience Required

Previous professional or administrative experience in a legal or business environment preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
