Salary: Up to xc2xa345,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join a respected and growing legal team in Swansea. The role provides an excellent opportunity to handle quality work and progress your career in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and estate planning matters.
- Providing tailored advice to a diverse range of clients including high-net-worth individuals.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Participating in marketing and business development initiatives.
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in Private Client law.
- Have experience managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong client care, organisation, and communication skills.
- Be STEP-qualified or working towards qualification (desirable).
