Job Description
A well-established regional law firm is looking to appoint two experienced Probate Specialists, to support growing demand across their private client offering.
You'll join a friendly and collaborative team with a strong reputation in the local market, taking on a ready-made caseload of probate matters. The firm operates a specialist model, so your work will focus solely on probate and complex estates, rather than a broader private client mix.
The Opportunity:
Handle a busy caseload of complex and high-value probate files Work on matters involving tax issues, trusts, and challenging estate administration Join a specialist-led team that separates probate work from wills and planning Contribute to regular team meetings, training sessions, and technical discussions
What You'll Need:
3+ years' PQE in probate Experience managing complex estate administration with minimal supervision A collaborative approach and confident communication style Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer Strong technical grounding in inheritance tax, intestacy, and estate accounting
