We are seeking a FULL TIME dedicated and detail-oriented patient care advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of office procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient appointment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their treatment plans on front of house.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure all diary zoning is maintained.
Assist in the Coordination and booking of Oral surgery clinics
Ensure that all office operations run smoothly, including managing all private clinics and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.
Experience
Previous experience in an office environment is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Proficiency in using office software, reporting software and handling patient enquiries through email, in person and over the phone.
A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to providing exceptional service are highly valued. Attendance and punctuality is key to progressing and upskilling in this role.
